Antragstellung zur Eintragung der Europäischen Union der Senatoren als Europäische wirtschaftliche Interessenvereinigung der Senatoren, als neue, internationale Rechtsform, der jetzigen Internationalen Union der Senatoren, bei dem Landgericht Bremen.

Stellungnahme der zuständigen Behörden mit Antrag zur Bewilligung, sowie Änderung der Union: Europäische wirtschaftliche Interessenvereinigung der Senatoren.

Stellungnahme der Europäischen Kommission, Berlin sowie Aufforderung zur Eintragung der o. g. Rechtsform an das Landgericht Bremen durch den Beauftragten der Europäischen Kommission in Berlin.

Übergabe der Eintragung an das Gericht Wittmund, sowie Beauftragung und Klärung der Eintragung durch die dafür bestellte Notarin Sybille Volz.

Bestätigung sowie die Zustimmung zur Eintragung der Registeranmeldung auf Grund des Gesellschaftervertrags und Unionssatzung vom 24.02., 29.06. und 16.10.1998 – U.R. 16, 114 und 1999/98 durch die Industrie- und Handelskammer für Ostfriesland und Papenburg.

Übertragung der Eintragung zwecks Zuständigkeit von dem Register Wittmund
an das übergeordnete Amtsgericht in Aurich, Register Nr.: NZS 1603 HRA 2224.

Erlangung der Bezeichnung EU SENATOR EWIV d. S. mit gleichzeitiger Registrierung des Titel im Markenregister von Deutschland als Urkunde über die Eintragung 
Nr. 306 42 664, Az.: 306 42 664.1 / 41 der Bundesrepublik Deutschland vom 15.09.2006 und somit Sperrung des Titels im Register der Gemeinschaftsmarken der Europäischen Union.

Die EWIV der Senatoren kann weltweit nur einmal von der Europäischen Union genehmigt und registriert werden. Eine zweite oder Doppeleintragung kann gemäß der Verordnung des Ministerrates in Brüssel nicht vorgenommen werden.
Damit gibt es in der EU und weltweit keine weitere EWIV der Senatoren.

Acquisition of the designation EU SENATOR EWIV d. S. (German Title) with 
registration about the entry of the title in the trademark register of Germany as 
document no. 306 42 664, file number: 306 42 664.1 / 41 of the Federal Republic 
of Germany from September 15th, 2006.
The Senators' EEIG can only be approved and registered once by the European 
Union worldwide.

According to the regulation of the Council of Ministers in Brussels, a second or 
double admission cannot be made. This means that there are no other EEIG of 
Senators in the EU and worldwide.

enregistrement concernant l'inscription du titre au registre des marques de 
l'Allemagne sous le numéro de document 306 42 664, numéro de dossier : 306 42 
664.1 / 41 de la République fédérale d'Allemagne à partir du 15 septembre 2006.
Le GEIE des Sénateurs ne peut être approuvé et enregistré qu'une seule fois par 
l'Union européenne dans le monde.

Selon le règlement du Conseil des ministres à Bruxelles, une deuxième ou double 
d’admission ne peut être effectuée. Cela signifie qu'il n'y a pas d'autres GEIE dans 
l'UE et dans le monde.

sobre la inscripción del título en el registro de marcas de Alemania como 
documento N. ° 306 42 664, número de expediente: 306 42 664.1 / 41 de la 
República Federal de Alemania a partir del 15 de septiembre de 2006.
La EEIG de los Senadores solo puede ser aprobado y registrado una vez por la 
Unión Europea en todo el mundo.

De acuerdo con la regulación del Consejo de Ministros en Bruselas, no se puede 
hacer una segunda o doble admisón. Esto significa que no hay otras EEIG en la UE 
y en todo el mundo.

Prohlášení příslušných orgánů s žádostí o schválení a změnou Unie jako: Evropské hospodářské zájmového sdružení senátorů.

Oficiální aplikace u Evropské komise, Zastoupení v Německu, Berlíně ohledně nařízení Rady (EHS) č. 2137/85 ze dne 25. července 1985 (čl. 4 odst. 1 písm. B) a schválení názvu SENATOR ve výše uvedeném smyslu jako právní forma.

Prohlášení Evropské komise, (Berlín) a žádost o registraci výše uvedené právní formy u okresního soudu v Brémách komisařem Evropské komise v Berlíně.

Předání registrace soudu Wittmund, jakož i uvedení do provozu a vyjasnění registrace notářkou paní Sybille Volz jmenovanou pro tento účel.

Potvrzení a souhlas s registrací registrace na základě dohody o partnerství a statutu odboru ze dne 24. února, 29. června. a 16.10.1998 - U.R. 16, 114 a 1999/98 Hospodářskou a průmyslovou komorou pro Východní Frísko a Papenburg.

Převod registrace z Wittmundova rejstříku pro příslušnost
na vrchní okresní soud v Aurichu, registrační číslo: NZS 1603 HRA 2224.

Získání označení (titulu) EU SENATOR EWIV d. S. se současným zápisem titulu do německého rejstříku jako osvědčení o registraci Č. 306 42 664, Az.: 306 42 664.1 / 41 Spolkové republiky Německé ze dne 15. září 2006, a tím zablokování titulu v rejstříku ochranných známek Společenství Evropské unie.

EEIG senátorů může být schválena a zaregistrována Evropskou unií na celém světě pouze jednou. Druhý nebo dvojitý zápis nelze provést v souladu s nařízením Rady ministrů v Bruselu. To znamená, že v EU a na celém světě neexistují žádné další Evropské hospodářské zájmové sdružení senátorů.
