hat diese Verordnung in allen ihren Teilen als verbindlich erklärt und sie gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedsstaat. Geschehen zu Brüssel am 25. Juli 1985, gesichnet im Namen des Rates von dem President J. Poos.

The international legal basis of the EEIG of the Senators was given by Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2137/85 of 25 July 1985 on the establishment of the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) -

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (Council of Ministers in Brussels), based on the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 235 thereof,

and through Article 43 of the Regulation,

(aktuelle Eintragung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, HRA 7838 in Mönchengladbach) wurde die Geschäftsfähigkeit im vollen Umfang unter der in dem Gründungsvertrag / Unionssatzung der EWIV der Senatoren festgelegten Paragraphen (§1 bis §19), notarielle Urkunden der dafür bestellten Notarin Sybille Volz vom 24.02.1998 Ur.-Nr. 16/1998 / vom 29.06.1998 Ur.-Nr. 114/98 und vom 16.10.1998 Ur.-Nr.199/1998, erlangt.

Par l'approbation et l'inscription du Groupement Européen d'Intérêt Economique des sénateurs au greffe compétent 

(enregistrement en cours en République fédérale d'Allemagne, HRA 7838 à Mönchengladbach)

la capacité juridique était pleinement conforme aux paragraphes du contrat fondateur / statut de l'Union du GEIE des sénateurs (§1 à §19), actes notariés du notaire Sybille Volz nommé à cet effet du 24.02.1998 Ur.-Nr. 16/1998 / du 29 juin 1998 Ur.-Nr. 114/98 et du 16.10.1998 Ur.-Nr.199 / 1998.

Con la aprobación y el registro de la Agrupación Europea de Interés Económico de los senadores en el registro judicial responsable 

(registro actual en la República Federal de Alemania, HRA 7838 en Mönchengladbach) 

la capacidad legal estaba totalmente de acuerdo con los párrafos del contrato de fundación / estatuto de la Unión de la EEIG de los senadores (§1 a §19), escrituras notariales del notario Sybille Volz designado para esto del 24.02.1998 Ur.-Nr. 16/1998 / del 29 de junio de 1998 Ur.-Nr. 114/98 y del 16.10.1998 Ur.-Nr.199 / 1998.

Schválením a registrací Evropského hospodářského zájmového sdružení senátorů v příslušném soudním rejstříku 

(současná registrace ve Spolkové republice Německo, HRA 7838 v Mönchengladbachu) 

byla dána právní existence a způsobilost k právním úkonům plně v souladu s ustanoveními zakladatelské smlouvy / statutu ESZČ senátorů (§1 až §19), notářské listiny notářky Sybille Volz ze dne 24. 2. 1998 Ur.-Nr. 16/1998 / 29. června 1998 Ur.-Nr. 114/98 a 16. 10. 1998 Ur.-Nr.199 / 1998.
